This training introduces the basics of flocculants and coagulants, their properties, uses, and optimization. Participants will learn key concepts in the classroom and then apply them in the lab through hands-on jar testing, floc formation, and polymer performance demonstrations. Attendees will be encouraged to participate, performing tests themselves with guided instruction to build confidence, refine technique, and understand what to look for during testing.
